Who we are and how to contact us
Pukial is operated as a personal project by Anderson Arroyo Arca and Aldrick Arroyo Arca, residing in Spain. We are not a registered company. For privacy questions, write to anderson.arroyo.arca@gmail.com.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle data from visitors to pukial.com and describes our integration with third-party platforms (specifically TikTok) that we use solely to publish our own content.
What we collect from the website
- Contact form: name, email, subject, message. These are delivered to our personal Gmail inboxes and to Brevo's transactional logs (≤30 days per Brevo's policy).
- Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights: anonymous, aggregated, cookieless metrics. No personal data.
- Site preferences (language, theme): stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Never sent to any server.
We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Legitimate interest, for anonymous aggregated analytics (Art. 6.1.f).
- Consent, when you voluntarily submit the contact form (Art. 6.1.a).
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Vercel metrics are aggregated and cannot identify you.
Recipients and processors
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and analytics.
- Sendinblue/Brevo — transactional email.
- Google (Gmail) — administrators' personal inbox.
TikTok integration
We use Postiz with TikTok's Content Posting API to upload drafts of marketing content (videos, slideshows) about our own apps — currently Waki and Clínica Arca, with future apps such as Roci — to TikTok accounts we own and operate.
We request only the user.info.basic and video.upload scopes. Drafts uploaded through the API are visible only to the account owner within TikTok until they are manually published from the TikTok app.
No data from pukial.com visitors is shared with TikTok. The integration is server-side and used solely by us to publish our own marketing content. We comply with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
To revoke our access to a TikTok account we own, the account owner uses the TikTok app → Settings & privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to anderson.arroyo.arca@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
International transfers
Vercel and Brevo may process data outside the European Economic Area under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
The site is not directed at users under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
